aQII-3 is an investigational MF59-adjuvanted quadrivalent subunit inactivated cell-derived influenza vaccine. It contains four influenza virus strains (A/H1N1, A/H3N2, B/Yamagata, and Victoria lineage) as recommended by the WHO for quadrivalent vaccines for the respective season. Developed by Seqirus, it is being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical study for safety and immunogenicity in older adults aged 50 years and older.
