aQII-9 is an investigational MF59-adjuvanted quadrivalent influenza vaccine. It contains four influenza virus strains (A/H1N1, A/H3N2, B/Victoria lineage, and B/Yamagata lineage) and is designed to provide broad protection against seasonal influenza. The vaccine uses the MF59 adjuvant to enhance immune response. It is being developed for use in healthy adults and older adults as part of ongoing clinical trials evaluating its safety and immunogenicity[1][2][3].
