AR-100

AR-100 is an autologous mobilized peripheral blood cell therapy being developed by Rejenevie Therapeutics for **immune restoration** and as a potential immunotherapy platform for **oncology** and **infectious disease** indications. The product uses Rejenevie's proprietary immune restoration technology, in which a patient's mobilized peripheral blood stem and immune cells are collected, cryopreserved, processed through a mixed-age heterochronic cell culture approach intended to induce restorative or rejuvenation factors, and then returned to the patient by intravenous infusion. Available company and study descriptions indicate the therapy is designed to counter age-related immune decline and has shown signals such as increased natural killer cell function and improved ratios of infection- and cancer-fighting immune cells relative to pro-inflammatory immune cells. AR-100 has been described as Rejenevie's lead product and is reported to be in Phase 2 development, including studies conducted at The Okyanos Center for Regenerative Medicine in the Bahamas.
