Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AR-712** is an investigational inhaled, self-administered cocktail of two fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibodies being developed by Aridis Pharmaceuticals for mild-to-moderate COVID-19 in non-hospitalized patients. The antibodies bind conserved receptor-binding-domain regions of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein and are intended to neutralize viral variants, with a proprietary formulation designed to protect the antibodies during nebulized delivery. The current Aridis program page identifies the cocktail components as AR-711 and AR-720. ([aridispharma.com](https://www.aridispharma.com/ar-712/))
