AR035 is a preclinical, small‑molecule oncology candidate from Arthrosi that is described as a potent, selective inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations being developed for the treatment of non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is positioned as a precision medicine therapy targeting tumors harboring EGFR exon 20 alterations, which are generally resistant to first‑ and second‑generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Arthrosi has disclosed plans to advance AR035 into IND‑enabling studies and to develop it in partnership with a Chinese pharmaceutical company to access both Western and Asian markets.[3][7]
