ARAC-02

ARAC-02 is a systemic nano-immunotherapy candidate developed by PDX Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors. It is built upon the company's Antigen-Release-Adjuvant-Complex (ARAC) platform, which utilizes polymer-based nanoparticles to co-deliver a cytotoxic chemotherapy agent and an immune adjuvant, typically a Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonist such as R848 (resiquimod). The therapeutic strategy involves the chemotherapy component inducing immunogenic cell death to release tumor-associated antigens, while the TLR agonist simultaneously activates antigen-presenting cells to stimulate a robust systemic anti-tumor immune response. ARAC-02 is currently undergoing IND-enabling studies with support from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and is designed for intravenous administration.
