Aralia tincture is a traditional herbal medicine developed and manufactured by the Russian pharmaceutical company Dalkhimpharm. Derived from the roots of Aralia species (typically *Aralia mandshurica* or *Aralia elata*), the tincture contains active triterpene saponins known as aralosides, as well as essential oils, alkaloids, and vitamins B1 and B2. It functions as a central nervous system stimulant and adaptogen, exhibiting general tonic, hypertensive, and hypoglycemic properties. The product is primarily indicated for the treatment of asthenic syndrome, physical and mental fatigue, arterial hypotension, and functional nervous system disorders. It is recognized in the Russian pharmaceutical register as a medicinal product used to improve appetite, sleep, and overall neurological resilience.
