Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ARB1035 is a biparatopic antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Arbele for the treatment of CDH17-positive tumors. It targets cadherin-17 (CDH17), a protein overexpressed in certain cancers, and delivers a cytotoxic payload to tumor cells expressing this marker. The drug uses monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) as its cytotoxic agent. As of early 2025, ARB1035 is in preclinical development for cancer indications[1][2][3].
