Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a topical combination of three active ingredients: arbutin, tretinoin, and triamcinolone. Arbutin is a glycosylated hydroquinone derivative that acts as a competitive inhibitor of tyrosinase, suppressing melanogenesis and reducing skin hyperpigmentation[1][2][4]. Tretinoin is an all-trans retinoic acid (a vitamin A derivative) that modulates epithelial cell growth and differentiation, commonly used in acne and hyperpigmentation disorders. Triamcinolone is a synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties. This combination may be used in dermatology to treat conditions involving hyperpigmentation, inflammation, or abnormal keratinization.
