Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ARC-01** is an investigational, preclinical antibody-drug conjugate developed by Araris Biotech for B-cell malignancies. It uses an anti-CD79B antibody derived from native polatuzumab, coupled through Araris' site-specific AraLinQ peptide-linker technology to the microtubule-disrupting cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E. Following binding to CD79B-positive B cells and intracellular processing, released payload inhibits tubulin-dependent microtubule function, producing cytotoxicity. Preclinical reports described a drug-to-antibody ratio of approximately 1.9 and antitumor activity in CD79B-positive lymphoma models. ([x-mol.com](https://www.x-mol.com/paper/1534051573480361984))
