Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ARC101 is a bispecific antibody T cell engager developed by Third Arc Bio for the treatment of solid tumors expressing Claudin 6 (CLDN6). It is designed to have high specificity for CLDN6, avoiding off-target binding to other Claudin family proteins. The drug works by engaging T cells via CD3 and directing them to kill CLDN6-positive tumor cells, resulting in potent cytotoxicity. ARC101 has a long half-life and optimal biophysical properties. It is currently being evaluated in a phase 1 clinical trial as monotherapy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors expressing CLDN6.
