ARGX-213

ARGX-213 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by argenx that targets the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). It acts as an FcRn inhibitor, designed to modulate IgG recycling and reduce pathogenic IgG levels. The drug is being developed as part of argenx’s pipeline focused on immunology and rare diseases, leveraging their expertise in FcRn biology.
