Arident

Arident is a branded formulation of aripiprazole, an atypical antipsychotic marketed by Ardent Life Sciences. It is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia, manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, and as an adjunctive therapy for major depressive disorder. As a small molecule, Arident acts as a partial agonist at dopamine D2 and serotonin 5-HT1A receptors and as an antagonist at serotonin 5-HT2A receptors.
