Overview

ARM202 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by ARCE Therapeutics. It is built using the company's proprietary MaxCAR® platform, which is designed to enhance the efficacy and persistence of CAR-T cells in treating solid tumors. ARM202 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of several solid malignancies, including glioblastoma (GBM), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), gastric cancer, and pancreatic cancer. While the specific molecular target of ARM202 has not been publicly disclosed, the therapy aims to address the challenges of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment common in these indications.
