Armonia

Armonia is an injectable, multifractional intercalated cross-linked hyaluronic acid (MIC-HA) specifically designed for the treatment of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) and vaginal atrophy. Developed by the Italian company Regenyal, it utilizes a proprietary cross-linking process to create a biopolymer that integrates into the vaginal extracellular matrix. Armonia functions by restoring tissue hydration through its high water-binding capacity and reinforcing the structural integrity of the vaginal wall. Beyond its physical properties as a filler, it also bio-stimulates the tissue by interacting with the CD44 receptor, which triggers a regenerative response characterized by increased collagen production, improved vascularization (angiogenesis), and enhanced cellular migration.
