Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Arouse** is a dosist dose-controlled inhaled cannabis formulation marketed for sensory enhancement, mood elevation, and energy rather than for a defined disease indication. The original Arouse dose-pen formulation was described as a 10:1 tetrahydrocannabinol to cannabidiol cannabis-oil product with plant-derived terpenes, including linalool; each inhaled dose was designed to deliver approximately 2.5 mg of total cannabis extract. Its principal pharmacology is attributable to delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol activity at cannabinoid receptors, while cannabidiol and terpenes may modify the overall subjective and sensory profile. Arouse has no established FDA-approved therapeutic indication or clinical development program. ([herb.co](https://herb.co/products/vape-pens/dosist-arouse-dose-pen-100))
