Arpu Shuangxin Oral Liquid

Arpu Shuangxin Oral Liquid is an analgesic and antipyretic medication manufactured by Tianyin Pharmaceutical. The product's active ingredient is benorilate, a chemical codrug formed by the esterification of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) and paracetamol (acetaminophen). This unique formulation is designed to provide the combined therapeutic benefits of both drugs while potentially reducing the gastric irritation commonly associated with aspirin. Upon ingestion, benorilate is hydrolyzed into its parent compounds. Aspirin acts as an irreversible inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby blocking prostaglandin synthesis, while paracetamol provides additional pain relief and fever reduction through central nervous system mechanisms. Arpu Shuangxin is primarily used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including headaches, joint pain, and neuralgia, as well as for the management of fever.
