Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ARR-421 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by ArriVent BioPharma in collaboration with Alphamab Oncology for the treatment of solid tumors. The program was announced in June 2024 as part of a multi-target ADC collaboration that leverages Alphamab's proprietary site-specific glycan-conjugation technology and linker-payload platform. ArriVent holds exclusive worldwide rights to develop and commercialize ARR-421 outside of Greater China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). As of mid-2024, the specific biological target and the nature of the cytotoxic payload have not been publicly disclosed, and the drug is in the early discovery or preclinical stages of development.
