ART-100

ART-100 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor developed by Arum Therapeutics that targets the DNA Damage Response (DDR) pathway. The DDR pathway is a complex network of signaling and repair mechanisms that maintain genomic integrity; cancer cells often rely on these pathways to survive DNA damage induced by chemotherapy or radiation. ART-100 is designed to inhibit these repair processes, potentially leading to synthetic lethality in repair-deficient tumors or sensitizing cancer cells to standard-of-care DNA-damaging agents. The program is currently in the hit-finding phase for the treatment of various cancers, both as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or other targeted therapies.
