Overview

ART6 is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic candidate being developed by Arnatar Therapeutics for the treatment of metabolic diseases. It is currently in the pre-clinical candidate (PCC) stage of development. The drug is designed using Arnatar's proprietary DARGER™ platform, which enables the development of both siRNA for gene downregulation and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) for gene upregulation. While the specific biological target of ART6 remains undisclosed, the siRNA modality is intended to downregulate a gene involved in metabolic dysfunction.
