Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Arteria-vita N is a traditional Tibetan herbal medicine formulated as a multi-ingredient mixture of 21 active components, including Aucklandia root, Iceland moss, neem fruit, cardamom, and camphor. It is identical in formulation to Padma 28 N and Padmed Circosan N, which are modified versions of the classic Padma 28 formula that exclude red sandalwood. Developed by Padma and marketed in Switzerland by Permamed, Arteria-vita N is approved for the treatment of circulatory disorders (such as tingling, formication, numbness in the hands and feet, calf cramps, and feelings of heaviness or tension in the limbs) associated with 'excess heat' in the vascular system according to the principles of Tibetan medicine.
