Overview

Arthromir is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement (nutraceutical) developed by the Russian company MIRRA to support joint health and manage symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis. The formulation typically includes glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate, which serve as essential building blocks for the synthesis and maintenance of articular cartilage. Additionally, it incorporates botanical extracts, most notably willow bark (*Salix alba*), which contains salicin—a natural precursor to salicylic acid that acts as a non-selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes to provide anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Other components like horsetail extract provide organic silica to support connective tissue integrity. Arthromir is intended to improve joint lubrication, reduce stiffness, and slow the progression of degenerative joint changes.
