Designed to replace or support the natural vitreous humor within the eye, this product aims to provide long-term internal tamponade and structural support to the retina following vitrectomy. As a biomaterial, it is intended to mimic the physical and optical properties of the natural vitreous while being biocompatible. The product is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is intended for intraocular administration via injection or implantation.
