Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ARV-1004 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic mRNA vaccine being developed by Pinion Immunotherapeutics (formerly ARV Technologies) for the treatment of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. Utilizing Pinion's proprietary AI-driven mRNA platform, the candidate is formulated within engineered lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) designed to optimize lymph node trafficking, antigen-presenting cell (APC) uptake, and MHC class I loading. ARV-1004 aims to achieve durable immune control by simultaneously inducing robust CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses and virus-neutralizing antibodies.
