Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ARVN901** is Arctic Vision's licensed development code for **AE101**, an investigational, cryopreserved allogeneic corneal endothelial cell product developed by ActualEyes for corneal endothelial disease. It contains cultured human corneal endothelial cells suspended with a Rho-associated kinase inhibitor and is injected into the anterior chamber to repopulate and regenerate dysfunctional corneal endothelium, restoring endothelial barrier and pump function. The program is intended as a less invasive alternative to donor corneal transplantation for conditions including bullous keratopathy and Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy.
