ARX424 is a preclinical biologic candidate developed for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. It was created by Ambrx using its proprietary ReCODE (Reconstituting Chemically Orthogonal Directed Engineering) protein optimization technology, which enables the site-specific incorporation of non-natural amino acids to improve the pharmacological profile of protein therapeutics.
