Asandeutertinib is an investigational small molecule drug that acts as an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor with antineoplastic properties. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), especially in patients harboring EGFR mutations. The drug irreversibly inhibits both wild-type and mutant forms of EGFR, including key resistance mutations such as T790M.
