Overview

ASC113 is a preclinical-stage cell therapy developed by Ascle Therapeutics that utilizes the NK-92 cell platform to target ROBO1 (Roundabout homolog 1) for the treatment of liver cancer. The therapy is designed as a ROBO1-targeted NK-92 cell therapy intended to mediate tumor cell killing via NK cytotoxicity against ROBO1-positive tumors. ROBO1 is a cell surface receptor involved in cancer angiogenesis and metastasis, frequently overexpressed in solid tumors like hepatocellular carcinoma. The NK-92 platform provides an 'off-the-shelf' immortalized natural killer cell line that can be engineered to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) or other targeting moieties.
