Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ASC36_35 FDC** is an investigational once-monthly subcutaneous fixed-dose combination for obesity developed by Ascletis. It co-formulates ASC36, a peptide amylin receptor agonist, with ASC35, a peptide dual glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor agonist. The combination is formulated as a self-assembling lipid depot long-acting injection intended to provide simultaneous amylin receptor, GLP-1 receptor, and GIP receptor agonism for body-weight reduction. Ascletis submitted a United States FDA investigational new drug application for the combination in July 2026. ([ascletis.com](https://www.ascletis.com/news_detail/200/id/1415.html))
