Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ASC36_35FDC is a long-acting, once-monthly subcutaneous triple peptide agonist fixed-dose combination (FDC) being developed by Ascletis (歌礼生物科技) for the treatment of obesity. The drug acts as a triple agonist targeting the amylin receptor, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R), and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (GIPR). By simultaneously activating these three pathways, ASC36_35FDC aims to leverage synergistic effects on appetite suppression, glycemic control, and weight reduction. It is currently in the Discovery to Phase I stage of development.
