ASK108

ASK108 is a multi-target monoclonal antibody, specifically a bispecific T-cell engager, developed by Jiangsu Aosaikang Pharmaceutical (ASK-Pharm) for the treatment of multiple myeloma. The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), which is highly expressed on the surface of malignant plasma cells, and the CD3 receptor on T-lymphocytes. By binding both targets, ASK108 facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse between the T-cell and the myeloma cell, leading to T-cell activation and the subsequent directed release of cytotoxic granules to eliminate the tumor cells. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
