ASK32D

ASK32D is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by **Jiangsu Aosaikang Pharmaceutical** (also known as AskPharm) for the treatment of **nasopharyngeal carcinoma**. It is designed to target and inhibit the **JAK2/STAT5** signaling pathway. The Janus kinase (JAK) and Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) pathway is a critical mediator of cytokine and growth factor signaling, and its dysregulation is frequently implicated in the pathogenesis of various malignancies, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, where it promotes cell proliferation, survival, and immune evasion.
