ASKC202 is a small molecule drug in early clinical development for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms and non-small cell lung cancer. It acts as an inhibitor of c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), a tyrosine kinase involved in cell growth, survival, and metastasis. The drug is being developed by Jiangsu Aosaikang Pharmaceutical and has shown preliminary safety and tolerability in phase 1 trials involving patients with advanced solid tumors exhibiting MET amplification or mutation. Most trial participants had non-small cell lung cancer, including cases with brain metastases.
