Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ASLAN005 is a human monoclonal antibody being developed by ASLAN Pharmaceuticals that targets recepteur d'origine nantais (RON, also known as macrophage-stimulating protein receptor or MST1R), a receptor tyrosine kinase implicated in tumor immune evasion and metastasis.[7][11][13] By binding RON and blocking its signaling, ASLAN005 is intended to function as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, enhancing antitumor immune responses in oncology indications where RON-driven immunosuppression and tumor progression are prominent.[7][11] The program has been described in preclinical development, originating from a collaboration between ASLAN Pharmaceuticals and Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).[11]
