ASN001 (Shanghai Auson Pharmaceuticals)

ASN001 is a small molecule non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker developed by Shanghai Auson Pharmaceuticals. It is being developed via the FDA's 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway, which focuses on improved versions of existing drugs through new dosage forms or new indications. ASN001 is primarily indicated for the treatment of infantile hemangioma (IH), as well as for reducing elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.
