ASP3082 + carboplatin + pemetrexed

ASP3082 + carboplatin + pemetrexed is an experimental combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation. ASP3082 is a first-in-class, KRAS G12D-selective protein degrader that uses proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) technology to induce E3 ubiquitin ligase-mediated ubiquitination and proteasome-mediated degradation of the mutant KRAS G12D protein. This leads to inhibition of downstream oncogenic signaling pathways[2][4][8].
