ASP4345

ASP4345 is a novel small molecule drug that acts as a positive allosteric modulator of the dopamine D1 receptor. By selectively binding to and enhancing the activity of D1 receptors in response to endogenous dopamine, it aims to improve cognitive function. The drug has been primarily developed for the treatment of cognitive impairment associated with schizophrenia (CIAS).
