Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a theoretical combination of four antiplatelet medications. While each drug is used in various dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) regimens, there is no established clinical use of all four medications simultaneously. Each component has distinct mechanisms of action: aspirin inhibits cyclooxygenase, clopidogrel is a P2Y12 receptor antagonist, cilostazol is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, and dipyridamole inhibits adenosine deaminase and phosphodiesterase.
