ASSAN rem Spray

ASSAN rem Spray (also known as ASSAN dolo rem spray or ASSA dolo rem spray) is an approved topical combination medication developed and manufactured by Permamed. It is formulated as a pump-dose spray for external use to treat localized pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with musculoskeletal injuries (such as sprains, bruises, and strains) and rheumatic complaints. The spray contains six active ingredients: hydroxyethyl salicylate (an NSAID that inhibits cyclooxygenase), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, which acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and penetration enhancer), polidocanol 600 (a local anesthetic), dexpanthenol (a skin protectant), levomenthol, and racemic camphor (both acting as counterirritants and TRP channel modulators). It is designed to be non-greasy and does not stain skin.
