Overview

AST-NS2101 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of the KRAS G12D mutant protein, developed by Allist (also known as Elis Pharmaceutical Technology). KRAS G12D is a prevalent oncogenic driver in various solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. By selectively targeting the G12D mutation, AST-NS2101 aims to inhibit the constitutive activation of the KRAS protein, thereby disrupting downstream signaling pathways that drive tumor growth, survival, and metastasis. The drug is currently in early-stage clinical development, with Phase 1 trials evaluating its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation.
