Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AST2169 liposome is an investigational, liposome-formulated selective small molecule inhibitor of the KRAS G12D mutant protein, developed by Allist Pharmaceuticals. The KRAS G12D mutation is a highly prevalent oncogenic driver found in various cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers. By encapsulating the selective KRAS G12D inhibitor in a liposomal delivery system, AST2169 liposome is designed to improve tumor targeting, enhance penetration, and reduce off-target toxicities. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in patients with KRAS G12D-mutant advanced solid tumors.
