Overview
Astion Pharma Hand Cure is an over-the-counter (OTC) topical skincare product developed by Astion Pharma for the management of hand eczema. The formulation features the patented active ingredient Dermadexin®, a biolipid-niacin complex that acts as a film-forming agent. Upon application, it creates a thin, protective barrier over the skin, which helps to alleviate itching and supports the restoration of the skin's natural protective barrier. The product is intended for use on sore, red, scaly, and irritated skin and is formulated without corticosteroids. It has been clinically evaluated in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials and is indicated for adults and children over the age of two. Treatment is typically limited to 21 consecutive days, after which users are advised to transition to maintenance repair creams.
