Astracytron Forte is an over-the-counter (OTC) small-molecule combination drug developed and manufactured by the Ukrainian pharmaceutical company Astrapharm. Formulated as a powder for oral solution in sachets, it contains a combination of paracetamol (acetaminophen), phenylephrine hydrochloride, pheniramine maleate, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). The product is indicated for the symptomatic relief of acute respiratory infections (colds) and influenza in adults and children over 14 years of age. Its active components provide combined antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and vasoconstrictor effects, helping to alleviate symptoms such as fever, headache, runny nose, sneezing, lacrimation, and nasal congestion.
