Astragalin is a naturally occurring flavonoid compound (kaempferol 3-O-glucoside) that belongs to the class of flavonoid-3-O-glycosides. It appears as a **yellow solid powder** with diverse pharmacological properties including **anti-inflammatory**, **antioxidant**, **neuroprotective**, **cardioprotective**, **anti-obesity**, **antiosteoporotic**, **anticancer**, **antiulcer**, and **antidiabetic** activities.
