Overview

AT-005 is a canine-targeted monoclonal antibody therapy developed for the treatment of T-cell lymphoma in dogs. It is designed as a species-specific biologic that binds antigens on malignant T lymphocytes to promote their elimination, functioning as an antineoplastic immunotherapy adjunct to standard CHOP-based chemotherapy regimens in veterinary oncology. In clinical studies in dogs with peripheral nodal T-cell lymphoma, AT-005 has been evaluated in combination with L-CHOP chemotherapy, showing high overall response rates but relatively short progression-free intervals, indicating activity but a need for further optimization of treatment strategies.
