AT-019 is a preclinical, next-generation small molecule EP4 receptor antagonist developed for the treatment of pain and inflammation in veterinary applications, specifically in dogs and cats. It was originally developed by AskAt Inc. and subsequently in-licensed by Aratana Therapeutics, which aimed to expand its pipeline in pain management. Following Elanco Animal Health's acquisition of Aratana Therapeutics, AT-019 became part of Elanco's pipeline of product candidates.
