AT-02 is a fusion protein of humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) with a pan-amyloid reactive peptide (p5R) designed to treat systemic amyloidosis. It works by binding to amyloid deposits and stimulating the immune system to remove them. AT-02 is being developed by Attralus for conditions like transthyretin-associated amyloidosis (ATTR) and immunoglobulin light-chain amyloidosis (AL).
