Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AT-05 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical agent that consists of a pan-amyloid binding peptide labeled with technetium-99m (Tc-99m). It is designed for use with single-photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) imaging to detect amyloid deposits in patients suspected of systemic amyloidosis. The pan-amyloid peptide component enables binding to multiple types of amyloid deposits, supporting broad screening and diagnosis. The drug aims to make amyloidosis imaging more accessible by using Tc-99m, which is widely available for SPECT imaging. Development has been reported by both Amylon Therapeutics and Attralus[1][2].
