AT-104 is a preclinical-stage PI3k inhibitor product that was being developed by Applied Therapeutics under a license agreement with Columbia University. It was intended for the treatment of lymphoid malignancies. The development program for AT-104 was terminated in July 2022 due to regulatory changes impacting PI3k inhibitors and Applied Therapeutics' decision to discontinue its early-stage preclinical PI3k program.
