Overview

AT-1362 is a potent, selective, and competitive small molecule thrombin inhibitor originally developed by JW C&C Research Lab (C&C Research Laboratories) for the treatment of thrombotic diseases. It exhibits a Ki value of 6.7 nM against thrombin. In preclinical rat models of venous and arterial thrombosis, AT-1362 demonstrated significant antithrombotic efficacy and improved vessel patency without prolonging bleeding time. Development of the compound has been discontinued.
